You Get Your Meat Back
The meat you bring in, is the meat we give you back. Each order is processed individually, kept in separate crates from beginning to end with no commingling of meats.
No bandsaw used here. All steaks are trimmed and cut by hand insuring the highest quality of meats for our customers. Sausage is twisted by hand, smoked and vacuum seale for extended freshness. And did we mention you get your meat back?
